Terms of Service

These are draft terms for our waitlist. We'll formalize them — with proper legal review — before Rise & Honey opens as a live product.
1. Who we are
Rise & Honey (“we,” “us”) is an upcoming service that will deliver daily voice notes from fictional romance characters to your WhatsApp. At present, riseandhoney.com is a waitlist — the live product is in development.
2. What you're signing up for
By entering your email on our waitlist, you're asking us to notify you when Rise & Honey launches. You are not paying for anything. You are not subscribing to a service yet.
Early-bird signups are eligible for lifetime free access when the product launches, subject to these terms and any additional terms we publish at launch.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. If you are under 16, please do not submit your email address.
4. Acceptable use
Don't submit email addresses that aren't yours. Don't use the waitlist form to test our systems, spam, or send automated traffic. We may remove any address we believe was added without its owner's consent.
5. The characters
Rhysand, Christian, Evan, Zade, and Dorian are fictional. Any resemblance to existing characters from novels, films, or television series is inspirational only. Voices are AI-generated. Nothing we send you comes from a real person.
6. Changes to these terms
These are waitlist terms. Before Rise & Honey becomes a live paid product, we will publish updated Terms of Service and notify you by email before they take effect. You can remove yourself from the waitlist at any time (see our Privacy Policy for how).
